Report: Other fall to lower level 11 to 15 feet at Classic Constructors, LP in Horseshoe Bay, Texas

An employee was on a flat, single-story roof inspecting temporary waterproofing. As the employee inspected a corner, a full sheet of plywood (spanning a section where two jack rafters had not yet been installed) shifted diagonally. The employee fell about 13 feet to the dirt below. He suffered fractured back vertebrae and was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
