Report: Nonroadway collision with object other than vehicle, n.e.c. at Cactus Operating, LLC in Stratford, Texas

An employee was operating an ATV in dusty, dark conditions when he ran into a pipe. He was thrown from the ATV and hit his head, cracking his skull and fracturing the orbital bones around his eye. A seat belt was not worn at the time of the incident.
