An employee was bulldozing parallel to a hill while installing an oil and gas pipeline on a 32-degree slope when the bulldozer tracks made contact with two large sandstone rocks. The bulldozer became unstable and rolled over. The employee suffered rib fractures and a dislocated shoulder, requiring hospitalization.
