Report: Inhalation of harmful substance-single episode at TETRA Technologies Inc. in Orla, Texas

Two employees were transferring rinsate from a chemical tote to frac tanks using a bucket. Approximately six hours later, both employees stated that they felt winded with slightly strained breathing. One of the employees was hospitalized due to strained breathing and low oxygen levels.
