Report: Inhalation of harmful substance-single episode at OK Foods, Inc in Heavener, Oklahoma

An employee was cleaning a conveyor/line at the deli walk area of a plant with a chlorine liquid solution (foam spray) and went to the breakroom because she experienced difficulty breathing. She was eventually hospitalized due to inhalation of the foam spray.
