Report: Inhalation of harmful substance-single episode at OMI Environmental Solutions in Houston, Texas

An employee was driving a tractor pulling a stainless steel trailer containing a chemical solution when he felt an explosion from the trailer. He exited the tractor and was engulfed in fumes, causing loss of eyesight, difficulty speaking, and chest and throat irritation. He was hospitalized.
