Report: Ignition of vapors, gases, or liquids at J M J Plumbing LLC in Big Spring, Texas

Employees were in the process of connecting gas to a fire pit. The gas accumulated underneath the access door where the injured employee was monitoring it. A flash fire occurred and the injured employee sustained first degree burns to the face and second degree burns to the left elbow. He was admitted to the hospital.
