Report: Ignition of vapors, gases, or liquids at Global Pipeline, LLC in Chickasha, Oklahoma

An employee was operating a trenching machine when it struck an old, unmarked natural gas pipeline. The machine caught fire before the operator could turn it off; he suffered burns to his right hand as he left the cab, as well as a broken right knee and left wrist as he jumped to the ground. He was hospitalized.
