Report: Ignition of vapors, gases, or liquids at Kenergy Oilfield Solutions LLC in Karnes City, Texas

Employees were opening a hatch at one of the salt water disposal tanks when a spark created a flash fire. The employee was burned in the flash fire and hospitalized. The other employees received minor skin burns and were examined and released the same day.
