On 02/06/2018 at 1:30 p.m., an employee was riding in a four wheeler utility vehicle that was pulling a trailer when the vehicle began to hydroplane on the wet road. The employee dismounted from the vehicle and was struck by the trailer in tow, suffering a broken leg.
