Report: Fall on same level due to tripping over an object at Federal Express Corp. in Houston, Texas

On 3/02/2015, an employee was working in the freight sorting building on an outbound slide. At approximately 8:30 PM, the employee was sorting freight when she tripped on the edge of a floor mat that was slightly elevated, falling on her right hip. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
