An employee was cleaning a restroom. He discovered water spots on the floor in one of the stalls and placed a caution sign on the floor. As he was about to get a mop, he tripped over the sign and fell to the floor, suffering facial contusions and neck strain. He was hospitalized, undergoing spine surgery.
