Report: Fall on same level due to tripping over an object at Walmart Supercenter #746 in Temple, Texas
DATE: 08/18/19
An employee was at a register checking out customers. The employee scanned toilet paper and proceeded to grab the hand-held scanner. The employee was walking around the bag carousel to the customer’s cart when the employee’s foot was caught on the corner of the fixed carousel. The employee tripped, lost balance, and fell to the ground, suffering a lower body fracture and muscle tears.
