Report: Fall on same level due to tripping over an object at Gainco, Inc. in Harlingen, Texas

An employee bent down to pick up a small section of rebar so a backhoe operator would not run over the rebar and puncture a tire. When the employee stood upright and started walking, he tripped on a small object, causing him to fall and land on his right shoulder. He was hospitalized due to a right shoulder fracture.
