Report: Fall on same level due to tripping over an object at Turner Industries in Longview, Texas

An employee was emptying trash cans when he approached a trash can that was behind the support bracing for an overhead crane. He stepped over the support bracing and his left foot was caught on the bracing. He then lost his balance and fell, fracturing his right hip.
