Report: Fall on same level due to tripping over an object at The Home Depot in Weatherford, Texas

On 10/06/2017, an employee was in the parking lot retrieving shopping carts when he tripped over some rebar that was sticking out of a bundle on the side of the building. He fractured his right hip and was hospitalized.
