Report: Fall on same level due to tripping on uneven surface at Thomas Printworks in Austin, Texas

An employee was making a delivery at a customer’s job site. He went to step into the job site trailer when his left foot became stuck on the threshold, causing him to lose balance and hit both knees against the wall of the trailer. He then collapsed to the floor inside the trailer. He fractured both kneecaps.
