Report: Fall on same level due to slipping at Norris Cylinders in Longview, Texas

An employee was troubleshooting a leaky blaster. He slipped on the oil and fell into the machine catching his right hand in the unguarded chain and sprocket resulting in a broken index and pinky finger and lacerations on the ring finger. The blaster was not locked out at the time.
