Report: Fall from collapsing structure or equipment, unspecified at Coreslab Structures Inc. in Dallas, Texas

While working on a pre-cast concrete panel, both welds for the hinged joint were cut through, causing the panel to separate, twist, and then collapse while the employee was on it. The employee fell to the ground and was subsequently hospitalized with a broken leg and head trauma.
