Report: Fall from collapsing structure or equipment less than 6 feet at EnQuest Energy Solutions in Houston, Texas

An employee was fitting/welding on a structural type weldment while standing on a ladder approximately 3 to 4 feet off the ground. The employee stepped off the ladder and onto the weldment. The weldment then became unbalanced and fell to the ground. He suffered a fractured left shoulder and broken left ankle.
