Report: Fall from collapsing structure or equipment 16 to 20 feet at Elite Industrial Painting Inc in Durant, Oklahoma

An employee was removing fence pieces (platform). He was standing on a smaller fence piece and cut the rope from a large section of fence piece. The large section came loose and the smaller section gave way. He fell approximately 20 feet to ground level (roadway). His PPE was not tied off at the time.
