Report: Fall from collapsing structure or equipment 11 to 15 feet at Radco Management, LLC in Saratoga, Texas

Three employees were detaching an elevated walkway from a tank battery. After being cut, the walkway gave way while two of the employees were on it, and they fell about 15 feet to the ground. One of them suffered a compound fracture to the right femur and a concussion. The other suffered a crushed left heel.
