An employee was delivering product(chem treat bel1544) to a customer location using a tanker truck. The employee removed a cap to the discharge line and the chemical sprayed onto his face. As a consequence, the employee had 2nd degree burns in the mouth lips and tip of his tongue. The employee was hospitalized.
