Report: Explosion of pressure vessel, piping, or tire at Anheuser-Busch in Houston, Texas
DATE: 09/27/15
At approximately 3:45 a.m., on 9/27/2015, an employee working on a bottling line was preparing to do some cleaning. The employee filled a hand sprayer with cleaning product and pumped the sprayer up. The sprayer exploded, causing a severe injury to his hand, as well as minor lacerations to his face and legs. The hand injury required surgery and hospitalization.
