Report: Explosion of nonpressurized vapors, gases, or liquids at ORG Chem Group, LLC in Hot Springs, Arkansas

An employee was on a catwalk in the boiler room washing out two 2,000 gallon mixing tanks that previously contained diethanolamine (DEA) with water. The water was draining into a 275 gallon poly tote. The tote exploded creating a fire. The employee received burns to the top of his hand and injured his ankle.
