Report: Collision between a moving and standing vehicle, nonroadway at IKEA #379 in Houston, Texas

Employee was working in the warehouse using a forklift. He exited the lift to handle a task and returned to the second forklift that was next to the first one he used. As he was backing up, he collided with the first forklift injuring his right ankle. He was taken by EMS to Ben Taub Hospital and admitted.
