Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during regular operation at Breaux Machine Works LP in Tomball, Texas

An employee was machining a bolt when his jacket got caught in the chuck of a horizontal lathe, which in turn pulled him into the rotating parts of the lathe. He injured his left hand and lacerated his head, requiring hospitalization.
