Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during regular operation at BAXTER HEALTHCARE CORPORATION in Mountain Home, Arkansas

An employee was working on a plastic film extrusion line when her clothing became caught in the machinery. Her left arm was then pulled in between two rollers in the extrusion line, causing skin and tissue trauma. She was hospitalized overnight.
