Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during regular operation at International Paper Company in Edinburg, Texas

An employee was adjusting a belt on the machine and dropped a tool onto the moving belt. When the employee attempted to retrieve the tool his left arm and hand were caught between the belt and a weight roller resulting in burn injuries to his arm and hand.
