Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during regular operation at Northwest Pipe Company in Saginaw, Texas

An employee was placing a chock onto pipe to stabilize it on the conveyor. The employee tried to go over the machinery instead of around it, and his right thigh got caught by the moving conveyor machinery. He sustained a severe laceration and torn muscle, requiring surgery.
