Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during regular operation at Chapa Quiroga, L.L.C. in San Benito, Texas

An employee entered a silo (tank) to clean the remainder of the grain from it and handle the sweeper machine. While the other sweepers were operating, he stepped back and his foot went inside the sweeper. The sweeper machine caught his boot first and then his foot, causing an open wound and broken bone.
