Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during regular operation at Gustav's Tool & Die Works in Seguin, Texas

An employee was operating a horizontal lathe when he attempted to change the tooling on the tail stock. The moving chuck caught his tooling, causing the tooling to rotate and strike his left hand. He broke his left hand and received several lacerations on his two middle fingers that required stitches.
