Report: Caught in running equipment or machinery during maintenance, cleaning at Advantage Asphalt Products in Amarillo, Texas

After loading asphalt on a roller, an employee attempted to clean the roller using a hammer. The hammer became caught in the roller and the employee’s arm was pulled into the machine, fracturing the arm and wrist.
