Traumatic injuries to spinal cord, unspecified

An employee was rotating tires on a customer’s vehicle. While carrying the tires from the rear to the front of the vehicle, the employee tripped over an air hose and fell. The employee’s head struck a four-post lift, and the employee suffered a spine injury.

While cleaning up a room, an employee slipped and landed on her back. She sustained injury to the spinal cord and was hospitalized.

An employee was using an 8-foot step ladder to access boxes stored on an upper shelf when the employee fell from the ladder to the floor, suffering a lumbar spine injury.

An employee was working from the top of a tank on a truck and was opening a dome lid to relieve pressure when he slipped and fell approximately 7 feet to a concrete surface. He suffered a spinal injury and was hospitalized.
