Swelling, inflammation, irritation-nonspecified injury

On January 31, 2016, at approximately 1:00 p.m., an employee was using a fryer to fry chips when the glass from the thermometer exploded and went into the employee’s right eye. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.

Employee was admitted to the hospital after dropping an iron casting on his foot. Employee sustained no broken bones, but foot is swollen and purple.
