Swelling, inflammation, irritation-nonspecified injury

An employee was greasing valves when he dropped the grease hose. As he was reaching to stop the hose from hitting the ground, the handle struck the ground and was engaged, shooting grease up into his eye.

An employee was filling a company vehicle with gas at a gas station when gas splashed into both of his eyes, requiring hospitalization.
