Sprains

An employee was about 10 feet off the ground in a bucket truck’s bucket, trimming a pecan tree. The bucket was snagged by a branch and the tension pushed it. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a sprained back and shoulder. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was crossing into the kitchen area when she slipped on the floor, which had recently been mopped. She fell to the floor, hitting the back of her head and spraining her lower back. She was hospitalized.
