Soreness, pain, hurt-nonspecified injury

On or about August 31, 2016, an employee was disconnecting drill pipe joints in the rig and slipped and fell. The drill pipe joint came down and struck his right hand middle and index fingers.

An employee was washing out a concrete bucket beside the guardrail of a bridge when a concrete delivery truck struck and pinned him between the left front side of the concrete delivery truck and the bridge guardrail. The employee sustained an injury to his right leg and was hospitalized.
