Soreness, pain, hurt-nonspecified injury

An employee was scanning a bundle of steel for inventory on a flatbed railcar. He was turning to step down from the railcar when he lost his footing and fell approximately 3.5 feet to the ground, injuring his shoulder.

An employee was replacing a motor when an asphalt plant component fell and hit the lift platform, knocking the employee to the ground. He suffered a back vertebrae injury.

An employee was unloading poles and was pinned to the ground when a pole rolled off of the fork truck, suffering a right leg injury.

Employees were erecting an I-beam 10 to 12 feet overhead when the I-beam fell on the back of an employee below, injuring his shoulder and knee. He required surgery.
