Soreness, pain, hurt-nonspecified injury

An employee was attempting to push an AC unit that was stuck on a conveyor elevator down with her foot when one of her right toes was caught between the elevator and the framework as the elevator was descending.

An employee was preparing a road for asphalt paving when a nearby forklift operator put a forklift in neutral and exited the cabin. The forklift started to move forward and struck the employee, pinning him between it and a pile of soil. He injured his lower back and was hospitalized.
