Soreness, pain, hurt-nonspecified injury

An employee was walking in a parking garage when he tripped over a structure expansion joint and fell to the ground, injuring his right femur bone.

An employee was rigging up his equipment in a pulling unit. The blowout preventer was opened, blew the slips, and hit the rig floor. The rig floor broke; the employee slid down the broken part of the floor and hit the slips on the ground. He suffered a lower back injury.

An employee was loading boxes onto a mobile cart. After lifting a box, the employee suffered pain in the left side of their neck.
