An employee was using a shear to cut through a piece of iron. When the shear cut through, the piece of metal flew back and struck the employee in the back. He sustained a concussion, skull fracture, and a fractured rib.

An employee fell through a roof while installing decking and was hospitalized for a fractured skull and pelvis, a brain bleed and a laceration to the right elbow.

While securing a load of steel plates with chains and binders, an employee suffered lacerations to the head, a skull fracture, and a concussion.
