Nausea, vomiting- toxic, noxious, or allergenic effect

An employee was checking out a trailer after he noticed the latch had been tampered with. When he opened the doors, he inhaled chemical fumes and became ill/nauseous.

An employee was moving bails of insulation when he began to feel ill and vomited. The employee was hospitalized.

Two employees became nauseated and began vomiting after unloading chemicals from the truck. One employee was hospitalized.
