Multiple surface wounds and bruises

An employee was going up in a bucket truck. Nearby, police were pursuing a vehicle that then struck the bucket truck. The employee was ejected from the bucket that was about 10 feet high and struck the alleyway. He suffered scrapes and contusions to the face.

An employee was attempting to assist a coworker when a concrete form became dislodged and struck him, causing abrasions and contusions to his right hand and leg. He was hospitalized.
