Major tears to muscles, tendons, ligaments

An employee was manually shaking out a PTO auger. His jacket got caught in the PTO resulting in a torn right bicep.

An employee was getting ready to reposition portable source lights using a material lift cart. He picked up the front of the lift. As he twisted around, he turned/rolled his ankle and it gave out. He suffered torn ankle ligaments.

An employee reached in to pull a brick out and got his right arm caught. The employee’s injuries included a torn bicep, small cuts and a blood clot in the arm.

An employee was placing a chock onto pipe to stabilize it on the conveyor. The employee tried to go over the machinery instead of around it, and his right thigh got caught by the moving conveyor machinery. He sustained a severe laceration and torn muscle, requiring surgery.

An employee was offloading a unit train when a rail genie ran over his left elbow, causing a laceration and muscle tear to his left bicep.
