Fractures

An employee was picking cases in a four-deep pallet location with two pallets left in it. As the employee was taking two cases off one of the pallets, their weight pulled the employee off the second level of the modular line. The employee landed on the floor and suffered a broken right wrist.

A driver was climbing from the top of a trailer when his heel caught on the trailer, causing him to fall backward to the ground onto gravel. He sustained fractured ribs, a head contusion, and a sore back with bruises and scrapes.
