Fractures and dislocations

An employee was pulling a pallet jack when he entered a lane of traffic and was struck by a pallet on a forklift. He suffered a dislocated ankle, fractured fibula, and fractured tibia.

At 3:00 p.m. on April 2, 2019, an employee was setting a frac pump in place. While a Pitman arm was being pulled into place, it struck him in the left leg, causing a dislocated ankle and fractures to the tibia and fibula. He was hospitalized.

An employee was loading a docked trailer with an electric pallet jack. The trailer moved, creating a gap that the employee fell through to the ground. The employee suffered a dislocated right ankle and broken right foot.
