Melody H. Piazza has been a licensed attorney for 33 years.  For 16 years she worked as Deputy Prosecutor serving both Sebastian and Pulaski Counties. Melody spent thirteen of those years at the Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office, ending her career there as the Chief Deputy Prosecutor, from 1996 until her departure in 2001. At the time she left, Melody had prosecuted all major felony crimes including Capital cases. In 2001 she joined the law firm of Wilkes and McHugh where she worked as the lead litigator on nursing home, trucking, and personal injury cases before leaving in 2013 to join Chad Trammell in forming the Trammell Piazza Law Firm. Their practice is focused in the areas of personal injury, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, trucking accidents and products liability.

Melody is an active member of numerous professional legal organizations including The International Academy of Trial Lawyers, The American College of Trial Lawyers, The American Board of Trial Advocates, and the International Society of Barristers. She is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Melody believes that it is access to the courtroom that makes us equals regardless of economics, education or background.
