At Trammell Piazza, we believe that a sustained commitment to service defines true leadership. We are proud to announce that our founding partner, Chad Trammell, is continuing his long legacy of leadership by serving as the District 3 Representative for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) Board of Governors.
A position on the ATLA board is a profound responsibility reserved for the state’s most dedicated legal advocates. Chad’s appointment is the latest chapter in his extensive history of service to the organization, where he has previously served as President (2012-2013), Vice President (2010-2011), and Secretary-Treasurer (2009-2010). This enduring commitment to strengthening our state’s legal community is a core value of our firm.
Unmatched Credentials and National Recognition
Our firm is built on a foundation of experience, and Chad’s career reflects a remarkable depth of acumen. His professional excellence has been recognized not just in Arkansas but across the nation. He has been inducted as a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), prestigious, invitation-only organizations that recognize the nation’s most accomplished trial attorneys.
This national recognition is built upon a career of diverse challenges. After beginning his career in 1991, he served with distinction as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) from 1992 to 1996. Upon returning to civil practice, he gained invaluable insight working on behalf of businesses and insurance companies before dedicating his career in 1999 to representing victims. This comprehensive perspective, combined with his national leadership as the former Chairman of the American Association for Justice’s Nursing Home Litigation Group, gives him the strategic insight necessary to be a powerful voice for his district.
A Shared Mission to Uphold Justice
The mission of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association aligns perfectly with the core principles of Trammell Piazza. The ATLA is the foremost guardian of every Arkansan’s constitutional right to a trial by jury. It serves as a vital advocate in the state legislature, ensuring the laws protect the rights of individuals, not just powerful corporate interests.
Our firm is proud to support the ATLA because its work is essential to what we do every day. By providing world-class legal education and fostering a collaborative network, the ATLA empowers trial lawyers to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients. We believe a strong ATLA leads to a stronger, more equitable justice system for everyone, which is why we view our founder’s service on its board as a natural extension of our firm’s mission.
Our Firm’s Commitment to Arkansas Lawyers
Chad Trammell’s service on the ATLA board as the District 3 Representative underscores our firm’s deep commitment to the lawyers and communities of Arkansas. It is a deliberate choice to bring years of state and national leadership experience to the grassroots level, where he can directly support the attorneys on the front lines of justice.
Trammell Piazza congratulates our founding partner, Chad Trammell, on this vital role. We are proud of his unwavering dedication to service and are confident that his leadership will be a tremendous asset to the attorneys of District 3 and the entire Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
