An employee was surveying a site to install cable when a brick wall from the neighborhood fence came crashing down on the employee. The employee was knocked down by the falling brick and debris, suffering trauma to the facial area, a broken jaw, and several fractures of the sinus cavity and eye socket. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
